Handmade Love!

Thursdays seem to have a rather amazing track record these days. Yesterday was another day of full on sunshine. We met up with some friends and just enjoyed the weather. D was very excited to try out his new bat hoodie from Paul & Paula, we ordered a size 4 in everything except the rabbit tee which was a size 3. He has a bit of growing to do before they fit perfectly but that is fine by us, we love clothes that will last awhile. This little guy loves everything with wheels on it so the skate tee was a big hit instantly, and we have a winner with the rabbit tee as well. I don't think I need to say how excited he was about having bat wings and ears, I am sure you can see that for yourself! He was flapping those wings like there was no tomorrow.

The little details like a label in the neck or on the back is nice little touches that just makes you remember there is a lot of thought and effort put into these clothes. Everything is handmade from first cut to the finished garment. When we met up with friends there was no end to the joy... his little girl pal had a bat hoodie too. Mr & Mrs Bat :) They enjoyed hanging out together just being bats...haha. The only problem that came from having a new amazing hoodie to play with is that when the day was over, he insisted on sleeping in it. I remember that feeling that something was so good you just never wanted to take it of again... fine by me actually!
