Moments | Summer Love!

M wears: Swim wear by Cotton on Kids // Beach poncho by Country Road // Straw hat by CTH Mini & Rusty (mum's).

The long dreary winter seems to have finally left us. Yesterday I packed a bag full of fruit, two straw hats, a big bottle of water and swim gear when I picked my daughter up from school. It was straight down to the beach after a long hot day at school... it was this years first dip in the sea and it was cold at first but then turned lovely...yep this is definitely the best part about living in Australia!

Let's GO WILD!! | Munster Kids

There is definitely something WILD in the air over at the Munster Kids headquarter. Just check out their new high summer collection that is now available in shops (Sth hemisphere). It is packed with new prints and colourful burst of joy for your kids wardrobe! Let's get ready for summer!! You can find Munster Kids in Australia over at Minibots & About A Boy.

Fly Away!

I am in love with these photos from Réne & Radka, entitled COLORS OF THE WIND!
I Feel like a big kid when I see these photos, there is something so magical and dream like with big kites on the beach.

Petit by Sofie Schnoor | AW12

Danish label Petit by Sofie Schnoor keeps on delivering well crafted and wonderful collections for both boys and girls. This Autumn/Winter 12 collection is no exception. Launched in 2007, Petit by Sofie Schnoor has quickly grown into a strong label that continues to shine for each collection.

All over the world, Sofie visits markets and second-hand shops only to discover a small piece of fabric, a string of wool or a button, that can inspire a new collection. Once the designer gets the feel for the fabric her ideas flow - and a new universe takes shape.

Moments | Sunday

M wears: Tunic by Zara // Knit by Rika // Stockings by Popupshop //  Shoes by Vivobarefoot // headband by Cotton on Kids. D wears: Hoodie by Cotton on Kids // Pants by Country Road // Tee by Mini Rodini.

The Sunday in images. Exploring, coffee break, play in the park. Perfect Sunday!

Halloween is in the air! Even over here in Oz. I can't help put loving these vintage Halloween images. Since I grew up in Sweden there wasn't that much celebrations about it, but it has started to get more and more popular over there as well. M&D are going trick or treating on Wednesday and they are really looking forward to it. If you are looking for some neat inspiration for Halloween yourself, check out HELLO KIDDO who have found some nice ideas. Happy Halloween out there!

Moments | Seaford

M wears: Hoodie by Mini & Maximus // Pants by Shampoodle // Shoes by Walnut Melbourne. D wears: Hoodie by Geggamoja // Pants by Katvig // Shoes by Converse.

Some photos from today's trip to Seaford. A little beach community on the coast with the most spectacular beach with emerald green water. We had hoped for some warmer weather instead we got a bit of wind and a hot chocolate break out of it instead. We are not complaining though, it is way better than rain and wet clothes! One of the best perks about going there is the lovely cafe they have overlooking the beach. You can sit inside at winter time and look out over the wild sea or catch a break from the sun after a long hot day on the beach. Definitely a golden gem in our books. Hope you are enjoying your weekend out there too!

Moments | Colds x 2!

D wears: Zip-up hoodie by Moonkids // Tee by Bobo Choses // Jeans by I Dig Denim // Shoes by Puma.

We have been attacked by two bouts of cold viruses lately. One dragged home from school by M and another one generously shared from child care and D. Don't you just love when you just get over a cold only to be greeted with another straight after?? Ever since we moved to Australia I have had my fair share of catching up with a whole set of new viruses and it has been a bit of a tedious affair. It is a bit like you have to be born here to be immune to those kid viruses that you normally go through when you grow up. So I am on my second cold and I am eating all sorts of natural c vitamins I can get hold of. Both me and the little D man felt a bit heavy in the head today so we took it slow and decided to only go out to treat ourselves to some lunch and warm drinks. I love these little outings with my little man, and we manged to get through the day with not too many tantrums either... amazing!

Today's Mini Style

There really isn't anything more simpler than a white tee and jeans. Works for both boys and gals, and if you happen to find that perfect tee and jeans, its something the kids can just live in. We love this black n white cat tee from Mini & Maximus, and since we ordered little brothers I Dig Denim jeans in a bigger size, big sis can work them in for him :) Shoes are from Hummel Kids and Beanie is from Witchery.
