Moments | Layer Up!
M wears: Dip dye jacket by Zara // Feather top by Missie Munster // Chambers trackie pants by Missie Munster // Shoes by 10IS // Beanie by CTH Mini. D wears: Puffer vest by Zara (Australia) // Top by Mini & Maximus // Pants by Mini & Maximus // Gumboots by Hummel Kids // Beanie by Cotton On.
In true Melbourne style we got a taste of summer yesterday and a big dose of autumn today! We are happy we really took yesterdays great, warm weather and went on our big bike ride then because today would have been a bad day to go on. We woke up to a cold house and the sound of rain drops on the roof. Needless to say it was a perfect day for a long breakfast since we were in no hurry to get outside. But with two kiddos at home there is only so long My Little Pet shop can last between a 3 and a 6 year old, so on with extra layers to keep warm and dry. M got a chance to try out some new threads c/o Missie Munster. Their aw13 range is so wonderful I truly wish I could hop into it myself. That tickle feather top is so wonderful up close, and those stylish version of trackie pants is apparently "very comfy" according to M.
D tried out his new puffer vest we got from Zara which I am sure we will use A LOT this autumn and a late gumboot order we did last year from Oii must have had fun on the way over here since it took it 4 month to get here (normally it only takes a week), so they were a bit of a surprise in this mornings mail. An absolute cool gumboot version by Hummel Kids which was very loved by the little man. The school holiday is slowly coming to an end and next week things are back to routine again. I am hoping the sun will make an appearance again and treat us with a nice weekend to really finish off the school holidays in big style.

Love the outfits!
ReplyDeleteAnd sorry for this but yay, it's cold there! ;)
My kid still wears his snow suit in daycare, there's lots of snow in the yard and it's still minus something celsius in the morning. So I'm entitled to enjoy when it seems that you are sending the sun over here! :D
Hi Sari...haha I can totally relate to that wish :) Although I wouldn't trust Melbourne as a sign, we have such variations in the weather. Yesterday we were wearing shorts!!
