If there is a brand that some how personifies the little urban legends out there then it has to be Australian Munsterkids.
When we moved Down Under it was one of the brands that quickly caught
my attention and I loved their graphic styles. Since then munsterkids have added both missie (the girl line) and mini & lilmissie
(for the little ones). We have numerous of munster threads in both my
boys and my girls wardrobe and when I got a chance to illustrate for the
label last year it was a bit of a dream come true.
Out in stores now is their SS15 (Southern hemisphere collection) and FW15 ( North hemisphere) Children of the Sea. The top images features a few of the illustrations I got to draw for this line. It was also nice to feature one of my photographs (bmx closeup) which was anything but easy to get (felt like I had to tie a knot on myself to get that nice sharp focus on the back tire :). The below image is a few of the illustrations I did for the previous summer collection. The cool little flatlay pic comes from Free and Wild Child (Which is another wonderful blog you should check out if you are interested in kids fashion.)
