When we were in Luca, Italy a couple of years ago, I noticed these amazing little ways of patching up broken house walls. They simply put what ever they had in the cupboard that day... one solution that seems popular is Lego, and what is better than the sturdy blocks from Denmark??

New meets old in a colourful way and it sure brings colours to the streets.

is now a Worldwide project after being part of a contemporary art festival in Italy. If you feel like giving a second life to your (children's) Legos then go out and fill the holes in the buildings in your street.
