Danish label Poppy Rose is back with another strong AW13 collection entitled Winter Wonderland.
A label that has become famous for the high quality knits and liberty prints describes their latest collection as:

"The collection makes the adventure and mystery of reality where playing children cuddled and embraced by a colour palette of bordeaux, pine tree and dusty petroleum.

Poppy Rose expands the warm color palette, and introduces for the first time dusty black that turns winter wonderland to a mysterious Narnia-like scene. The atmosphere and the term will be set by the beautiful and renowned authentic Liberty-print that is familiar with Poppy Rose, and runs through the collection.

Brand Watch | NUNUNU AW13

If you are into the deconstructed look (like we are! No worries about holes or raw hems here) then NUNUNU from Israel might be your cup of tea. Right now the AW13 range has hit stores like Orange Mayonnaise & A Little Bit of Cheek.

Expect to see more of their famous slogan prints, and stars but there are also new additions like nylon jackets and cardigans, and of course more of their wonderful comfy pants. Also be on the look out this winter for their collab with Collegien for some seriously cool slippers.

Brand Watch | GUGGUU

On Monday we took a trip to Poland to visit the lovely label nosweet. Today I thought we should stop over in Finland and meet Gugguu! Say hi to a label that values organic & comfortable wear for both girls, boys and toddlers!

Gugguu got it's name from a 1 year old boy who's first words was just that... gugguu. From Gugguu you get simplistic, high quality and well manufactured children’s clothing. It is important to the designers that the clothes have a fun and colourful approach to children's wear and that if features things like big pockets to store new found treasures in. Another important standpoint is the organic values and taking responsibility to create sustainable wear for children. All of the eco cotton fabric that is used in Gugguu is GOTS certified which ensures that the fabric and production is both ecological and ethical.

Their criterion for children’s clothing is usability, comfort of use, soft, safe and high quality fabrics. Simplicity is also a plus, clothes without pictures or prints. Gugguu has taken into consideration first of all the comfort and wishes of the child, but also the demands of an adult expecting high quality.

Sneak Peek | Two Els F/W 13 Collection

I am going gaga over Two Els new F/W13 Collection. Completely handmade by young fashion designer Hollie Kim in NYC, this collection will be her label's second collection.

I am amazed how strong and unique pieces she is delivering for each collection. With clear inspiration sources from native American/Aztec patterns and possessing some beautiful tailoring making skills, there is a lot to crave this fall/winter. I was going to mention our favourites but to be completely honest, there isn't one piece I wouldn't like to own!!

Brand Watch | Baobab AW13

Australian label, Baobab has created another great Autumn/Winter collection. They are experts at creating stylish, yet 'wearable', comfy clothes made from soft and durable fabrics that are perfect for day care, after school and general everyday wear.

The AW13 collection is full of contrasts - vibrant colours, muted tones and stripes (like you never quite seen before). There is also plenty of plains for mixing and matching and a bit of artistic splotches and graphic prints! Denim is a big feature with the 'ever-so-cool' girls denim jacket and mini skirts, the stone washed harem jeans and the cutest skinny jeans in pale grey and funky orange.

Baobab clothing is inspired by 'the joy of being a kid' and is designed to 'mix and match' with all the separates working in different combinations. Many items are unisex so can be passed down between siblings. Baobab is available from newborn to 10 for girls and 6 for the boys.

Lil Missie Munster AW13

The lil missie munster is in town! The last of our Munster Kids AW13 reveal is for the little independent missie, the "I can do it myself" girl, the strong minded, outgoing and curious little lady. Lil Missie is the last in the growing collection that is Munster Kids, the little sister to Missie Munster but definitely strong enough to stand by herself.

I love that even though it is a winter collection they don't shy away from nice warm and strong colours, that reminds us of the wonderful summer we have had so far! Bright yellows, orange and strong patterns will be a hit with the little ladies out there and how great is the tiger zip up hoodie?! Love the yellow and pink details and it will be such a great thing to snug up in when winter comes around the corner...

The winter collection by Nico Nico entitled Undergrad, has landed on the shelves at Minibots and it is filled with some super soft and modern garments to keep the little ones warm and stylish. Munsterkids AW13 | Children of the Wild

Drum roll please... Let's hear it for the boys! The dirt crawlers, the bug catchers, the explorers, the "look no hands" crowd!! First out in our Munsterkids AW13 reveal is the new winter collection for the boys. Munsterkids is a collection of kids apparel that is driven by music, art and street culture. Inspired by urban legend Mikey Munster, the devious side of every kid, munster garments balance a mix of kid themes and adult styling with durability and comfort leaving them satisfied and you feeling a little jealous. 

For this season they have mixed in prints with snakes, bats, dinosaur sculls, animals, native Americans themes, and an array of cool graphics for their long sleeves and classic hoodies. Back is also their great denim pants (which are so high quality they will last your little guy through the seasons and them some!) and some nice warm corduroy pants as well as chino versions. There is also some very cool reversible jackets and one of our own favorites, the zip up tooth jacket in olive that will keep them snug through those chilly days.
