I know we still have a while to go with this summer but right now it feels like an indian summer. Friday has finally come up and another 37c is on the menu. The weekend and the rest of the week also looks like a big sunny smorgasbord, so we are simply hanging out in as little as we possible could wear.

Here are a few photos from last weekend - a quick trip to a lunch hangout on the coast. This weekend we are planning on driving a bit further and hitting one of our favourite beach spots on the peninsula. They got the best little seafood restaurant and a wonderful little bay to swim in. This is one of those parcels that just makes you happy! I came across Tiny Whales a while ago and was instantly drawn to their cool, graphic prints for kids. This Californian label packs a big punch of cool, and the best bit is that the prints are not only rad but most of them are unisex.

Created in 2008 by husband & wife team - graphic designer Shaun and stylist Brittany Wagoner, Tiny Whales started out as a hobby creating one of a kind clothes for their baby nephew, but it didn't take long until they realized, there was a huge demand for kid-approved cool clothes (that didn't involve superhero capes and masks).

Today you can find Brittany and Shaun’s exclusive designs for toddlers, youth, and babies at their online store www.tinywhalesstore.com and in boutiques all over the U.S.

A huge part of my daily inspiration comes through photography, and I have always been very fascinated by great children's photography. Somebody who does it very well is Swedish photographer Anna Hurtig.  Her Imaginary Play 2008 - 2011, deals exactly with the magical world that children seem to move so effortlessly in. I thought I would share some of my favourites from her work, and hopefully it will give you some inspiration in your day as well...

Brand Watch | I Dig Denim SS14

I always get excited when I receive I Dig Denim's Lookbooks each season. Not only do they do the most amazing looking denim, but the lovely photos also reminds me of my home country Sweden. The Scandinavian spirit has crept into every photo and garment.

Love this styling by Deborah of blog Ollie & Seb's Haus. The photos feature a collaboration she did with Bang Bang Copenhagen and their beautiful Autumn/Winter pillows. Love the sharp contrast and it reminds me that I desperately need to de-clutter my own home very soon...
