Doodlebug

I recently worked on a catalog for the Australian children's label Doodlebug, and since being immersed in the doodlebug universe I have gone completely gaga over their bamboo clothing. Buttery soft, naturally organic with no nasty pesticides, temperature regulating, faster absorbent than cotton, hypo-allergenic & anti-bacterial...the list goes on.

Doodlebug was started by Tani Klein, a multi creative mother of two who simply were lacking this sort of clothes on the market when she had her own two children, not to mention a media where she could pour her own artistic qualities in (check out the prints!).

Designed and made in Australia, Doodlebugs bamboo clothing is bringing the cool back into children’s fashion without sacrificing the environment. Each piece pays particular attention to a great cut, buttery soft bamboo fabrics and distinctive graphics. This makes for a beautifully designed, ridiculously comfortable and very cool garment.

Check out their online Spring/Summer 12 Catalog while you are at it (made by yours truly).
